Nacho Dip
Cheese, ground beef, and diced tomato.

Ingredients
- 32oz Velveeta classic log
- 2x 10oz Cans Rotel
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning (1 package, La Preferida)
Instructions
- Slice Velveeta log into small chunks and place in slow cooker
- Turn on slow cooker to low heat
- Add entire contents of both cans of Rotel
- Brown beef in skillet
- Drain grease and add taco seasoning as instructed
- Add taco mixture to crock pot
- Let sit for 2.5 hours, mixing when melted.
- Serve in crock pot on "keep low" with chips or pretzel bites.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated in tightly sealed container. Reheat covered in microwave
