Nacho Dip

Cheese, ground beef, and diced tomato.

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 32oz Velveeta classic log
  • 2x 10oz Cans Rotel
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1.25 oz Taco Seasoning (1 package, La Preferida)

Instructions

  1. Slice Velveeta log into small chunks and place in slow cooker
  2. Turn on slow cooker to low heat
  3. Add entire contents of both cans of Rotel
  4. Brown beef in skillet
  5. Drain grease and add taco seasoning as instructed
  6. Add taco mixture to crock pot
  7. Let sit for 2.5 hours, mixing when melted.
  8. Serve in crock pot on "keep low" with chips or pretzel bites.
  9. Leftovers can be refrigerated in tightly sealed container. Reheat covered in microwave
